Follow-up Visit
Follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, review test results, adjust medications if needed, manage chronic conditions, and ensure your treatment plan continues to meet your healthcare goals.
School, Sports, or Camp Physical
Comprehensive physical examinations required for school enrollment, sports participation, or camp attendance. Includes completion of all required medical forms when applicable.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive psychiatric assessment that includes evaluation of your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, diagnosis, and development of an individualized treatment plan.
Psychiatric Medication Management Follow-Up
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring symptoms, evaluating medication effectiveness, managing side effects, and adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Extended Psychiatric Follow-Up (45 Minutes)
Extended appointments provide additional time for patients with complex mental health concerns, medication adjustments, care coordination, and comprehensive treatment planning.
ADHD Evaluation
A comprehensive clinical assessment for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including symptom review, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and discussion of treatment options. Additional records or testing may be required before stimulant medications are prescribed.
